Who we are

ALGD ("we", "us") sells small software tools — currently the Variant Metafields Bulk Editor, a Chrome extension for the Shopify admin. You can reach us at support@algd.store. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What you buy

Some tools have a free tier and a paid subscription; each product page states exactly what each tier includes and what it costs. Payments are processed by third parties — Stripe, through ExtensionPay for extensions — and their terms and privacy policies apply to the payment itself. We never see your card details.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the tools you have paid for, in the browsers and businesses you control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute them, or use them to break the rules of any platform they run inside.

Subscriptions

Paid tiers renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the account page in the extension (or by email), and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the refund policy.

What we promise, and what we do not

The tools run inside third-party interfaces that change without notice. We keep them working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for changes made to your data by software you chose to run. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will date the new version and, for subscribers, say so by email. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept it.
